A disturbing “assassination simulator” depicting the September 10 killing of Charlie Kirk appeared on Roblox, accessible to children as young as 5, but was swiftly removed along with over 100 related user-created games. The incident sparked renewed criticism of Roblox, which has 380 million monthly users, 40% under 13, for failing to moderate violent content effectively. The platform’s content rules were cited as violated by these graphic “experiences.”3. On Thursday, late-night hosts Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert, and Jimmy Fallon addressed ABC’s indefinite suspension of Jimmy Kimmel over comments about Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
