April: My birthday month!It started with a van-life camping trip with my nieces, just a couple of hours south of Sydney, and it became one of the most fulfilling experiences of my year. A beautiful reminder that it's not the things we possess or the luxuries we own - it’s the connections we nurture and the moments we share that truly matter.Turning 53:  This birthday was another opportunity to reflect on how far I’ve come. At 53, I feel more energized and aligned than ever- proof that it’s never too late to create a life filled with purpose and meaning. Sobriety, leaving corporate, and living authentically have all been significant steps on this journey.  On the business side, I began working with a new business coach, kicking off a six-month container with an in-person retreat in Byron Bay.I decided to invest in turning The Frequency Project into an evergreen offer shifting my focus from live launch model to a more sustainable business model.A spontaneous “birthday bonanza” promotion brought in an additional $5K for the month.
