Welcome back to another episode of the Agegroup Multisport Podcast.

Penny Bullimore has been doing multisport for over 35 years and has just recently come back from Spain where she raced in her agegroup, 70-75, in the Aquabike world championships.

Prepare to be inspired, by the lady who started off running, went on to do marathons and then found multisport events when they were not even a thing.

On the way she met some youngsters, who went on to be Olympic and world champions.

Currently battling with a kidney disease, it hasn't deterred her and she is already planning for next year.
