Learning to play the dulcimer, and fingerpicking her guitar, she joined a band and performed for several years. During this time, she also wrote for a local paper and began making cards as a hobby.Karen also enjoys hosting weekly Buddhist meetings in her home and chanting with friends.She is a certified Whole Health and Nutrition Coach, Certified Chinese Herbalist, and Tui Na Massage Therapist.
