AGFL Triathlon Episode 87: Pittsburgh Fireman, Former Marine & Endurance Extraordinaire, Ryan Sippel

In this episode, Colin and Elliot have the pleasure of interviewing Ryan Sippel. Ryan is a former Marine, current city fireman, husband, new father, and a highly motivated endurance athlete. We had the pleasure of meeting Ryan at this year's Boston Marathon where we had a nice three-man pace group up until mile 25! Don't let his big muscles fool you, Ryan has some serious run speed as he finished just behind us in 2:40:21! Ryan's triathlon season is well under way as he recently podiumed at Western Mass 70.3 and Happy Valley 70.3. HIs main race of the year will be the Ironman World Championship in Nice!
