Utah State men’s basketball seized first place in the Mountain West standings Wednesday night, routing New Mexico 86-66 to hand the Lobos their worst loss at The Pit in over five years. Junior guard Mason Falslev scored a team-high 19 points and freshman Adlan Elamin posted his first career double-double as the Aggies used a dominant defense to outscore their hosts 50-33 in the second half.
