Quarterback Bryson Barnes accounted for five touchdowns and a career-high 421 yards of total offense, leading Utah State to a 48-7 victory over McNeese on Saturday night. Barnes threw for 293 yards and three touchdowns while rushing for a season-high 128 yards and two more scores. This performance makes him the only player in the nation this season with multiple games scoring at least two rushing and two passing touchdowns. The Aggies' defense was also dominant, holding McNeese to just 239 total yards, the lowest by a USU opponent since 2021.
