Dr. Mike Lorenzen had the opportunity to sit down with UC Davis football alum Damien Caton. Damien came into UC Davis thinking that when he left he would be headed to vet school and become a large animal veterinarian. Damien's career had different plans that put him in the business world where he adapted like the student-athlete he is. Following graduation, the former football player returned to UC Davis to earn his Masters of Business Administration degree from the Graduation School of Management. After an 11 year stint with E&J Gallo, Damien has found himself as a member of the executive board at Trinchero Family Estates. At TFE, Damien oversees demand planning, supply planning, customer service and logistics, procurement and co-manufacturing for the 70+ year old business.
