Aging Gracefully in Your 40s. To Botox or Not to Botox?

This is a controversial topic for Nira and Heba, they are women in their forties and are aware that so many women their age and younger get cosmetic enhancements, yet they prefer to age naturally. They discuss the pros and cons and don’t shy away from sharing their personal opinions. Nira is completely ok with aging naturally, yet Heba is insecure about it, especially given her status as a mother of “advanced age”.  However they both agree that they prefer to age gracefully, or perhaps one of them would be willing to try something?
