AGMD Patient Telephone Internet Community Support Group Meeting - June 2014

AGMD Presents its Patient Telephone Internet Community Support Group meeting.  This forum provides a place for patients as well as their family members, to voice their concerns, frustrations, share their experiences and gain much needed support. All program participants have given their consent to AGMD for their voices to be recorded should they decide to speak during the program.
