Ceciel Rooker, an irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) patient and Executive Director of a patient group, the International Foundation for Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders (IFFGD), talks about her life with IBS and her passion for advocating, educating, and helping patients impacted by this challenging digestive disorder. The International Foundation for Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders (IFFGD) is an organization that has a long history of working to improve medical care by conveying the patient perspective while engaging with various stakeholders, including clinicians, regulators, and the research community.
