In June 1985, Glenn and Marian Head cofounded the Geneva Group, a network of business people formed to support one another in living their highest values in every aspect of their lives, and especially in their businesses. Participants’ commitment to long-term relationships with their clients, staffs, and partners—founded in their belief that we are all connected and thus responsible for the good of the whole—inspired them to develop a set of agreements to guide them in being models for a harmonious world.
