How is your sleep? If you have broken sleep meaning you are waking in the middle of the night and have a hard time falling back to sleep you might consider using the Calm app. The full app is $48.99 for the first year or $14.99 a month (which is .13 a day) has all kinds of great features but my favorite is the bedtime stories. If you can't pay for an app I also recommend the podcast "Sleep With Me".
