AI Agent action adds model choices and reasoning effort

When a customer sends a half-complete request, changes the details, or texts while your team is tied up at the front counter near closing, not every workflow should handle that the same way. The AI Agent action now supports models from Anthropic and Google, alongside OpenAI. You can choose the provider, pick a model, and, when supported, set reasoning effort to Low, Medium, or High. The model picker also groups options by provider and marks reasoning-capable models with a “Thinking” label. Day to day, that means you can match the workflow to the job: lighter handling for simple tasks, and more careful reasoning when the request needs extra judgment before your team steps in.
