Partner with another lawyer who has the same vision as you. After that, look at hiring good lawyers who will do all the necessary work that will bring you success. That way, you can spend your day doing what you want to do.Matt provides some insights on hiring staff based on culture and character, rather than experience. One way to do this is utilizing personality tests, inner metrics and multiple interviews to find the right fit. For Matt, anyone can learn a skill or aspects of a job. But, not everyone has the character or personality to work for a certain firm.
