They're worried about their jobs, which, I guess, is understandable. Seems like the Allianz isn't seeing a direct line between AI making things more productive and people losing their jobs, but who knows? The study talks about how AI could be good for customers, catching the bad guys, and figuring out who's a risk. But of course, there are some rules and some sticky ethics questions that come along with all this. The author seems to say, "Let's not go crazy here, let's keep people in the loop."
