🤖 AI: Risks, Opportunities, and Job Evolution

AI is restructuring the workforce rapidly. While it displaces jobs with routine, repetitive tasks, including some white-collar roles, it also creates new jobs. The World Economic Forum predicts a net gain of 78-97 million jobs by 2030.AI-safe jobs leverage human "superpowers": emotional intelligence, creativity, physical dexterity, and ethical judgment. This includes healthcare, skilled trades, education, creative, and leadership roles. Emerging AI roles include AI engineers, data scientists, AI ethicists, and prompt engineers.Future-proofing requires hybrid skills: AI literacy, data fluency, critical thinking, adaptability, and human skills like communication and empathy.
