News broke today at EBACE about the ExcelAire pilots being found guilty by a Brazilian court for causing the fatal September 2006 midair over the Amazon jungle. The collision of the ExcelAire Legacy 600 and a Gol Airlines Boeing 737-800 resulted in the deaths of all on 154 aboard the airliner, though the U.S. pilots were able to land their damaged business jet.
