I was sitting on the ground preparing for my music set when I heard the 6 word declaration, I ain’t Got Time for Bull**** from the ever so eclectic band Writ3r’s Block. It was then….I found myself less focused on the structure of my performance and just allowed myself to dance freely as I received the lyrics into my heart and psyche. Because who really has the time to feed energy into what was never meant to serve us anyway?
