Earlier still she founded October Art Week while serving as Director of Robert Simon Fine Art in New York. IBASHO means "a place where you can be yourself" in Japanese, and the gallery specialises in Japanese photography. The gallery has been an AIPAD member since 2018; Martijn joined the board in 2019 and the executive board in 2021.
