Air Force Pararescue Operator to the Ones Ready Podcast | Aaron Love

Aaron Love, a retired Air Force Pararescue Operator with over 20 years of service, opens up his time in the PJ pipeline, earning his beret, and his first high-stakes rescue — hoisting a dying sailor off a supertanker in the North Sea. In this episode he breaks down the 91% attrition rate, the brutal multi-year training pipeline, working alongside elite international operators, and how he’s now training the next generation through Ones Ready and the Operator Training Summit.
