In today's episode we dive deep with Brenden Rivera. A singer/songwriter whose own lungs almost took his life. Brenden dives deep and talks about how having a near death experience made time more precious. How decisiveness became more beautiful and how empathy began and self centeredness ended. How through suffering, we gain perspective, and comprehension. And through the power of mantra we can overcome the difficult things, big or small. P.S Brenden is one of my best friends. Without his guidance, counsel, and comradery I would have been in a much different place, or not in any place at all. The way he lives life, and continues to live inspires me and propels me further with hope, inspiration, and love. So Brenden if you are reading this, just know that you have been a lamp-post of light in one of the darkest places of my life. And that lamp-post I was able to take with me as I blindly walked through the dark. Our mantra "Action done in repetition become the subconscious mind." That has taken me far in life, and will take me further still.
