Industry News:  Airbnb Grows Entrepreneurship Academy (Link)  Expedia launched a ChatGPT trip planner (Link) AirDNA’s Fact of the Week:  Supply Growth continues to be a hot topic as host & operators prepare for peak season travel. In March 2023, there were 1.34 million available short-term rental listings, a 19.9% increase from last year.  This compares to a peak increase of 25% last summer. Out of the 50 largest STR markets, the Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ market leads the country for growth, increasing supply by more than 66% YoY, followed by Los Angeles, CA with a 37% increase.  Around the country, there are only 12 markets with declining supply, 3 of which include Colorado ski towns, Aspen (-6%), Steamboat Springs (-9%), and Telluride (-10%).
