A haven for wildlife and place to learn about our food, Airfield Estate in Dundrum was left in trust to the people of Ireland by trailblazing sisters Letitia and Naomi Overend. They understood the importance of people self sufficient and sustainable, an ethos that continues today under head gardener Colm O’Driscoll.
