Airplane!

Fasten your seatbelts and prepare for takeoff! This week on Reel Sisters Rewind, sisters Amanda Stephens and Missy Washam are joined by Missy's lifelong best friend and former flight attendant, Dayna Moseley, for a hilarious deep dive into the 1980 comedy classic Airplane! 🛫 Together, they unpack the slapstick brilliance that made Airplane! a cultural phenomenon. From absurd gags and inflatable copilots to iconic one-liners like “Surely you can’t be serious,” this episode has all the laughs. Dayna brings her unique perspective as a former flight attendant, sharing insider stories and breaking down how the film hilariously exaggerates airline life. If you’re a fan of 80s comedy, clever spoofs, and nonstop laughs, this episode is your boarding pass to fun. Grab your in-flight snacks (but skip the fish) and join us for trivia, nostalgia, and plenty of turbulence-free laughter. And remember—we’re all counting on you!
