Ajay Gupta does not want witnesses to read his submission to commission

SAfm — Legal representative for Ajay Gupta, Mike Hellens, has submitted a request to the Commission of Inquiry into State Capture, that seeks to bar witnesses from seeing Ajay Gupta's response to their statements implicating him. Advocate Hellens is seeking to cross examine both former ANC MP Vytjie Mentor and former GCIS head Themba Maseko.
