Ajay Gupta's warrant of arrest cancelled

SAfm — Ajay Gupta is no longer a fugitive from justice. The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has confirmed his arrest warrant against him for corruption has been cancelled. This means he can return to SA without fear of arrest. We reached out to both the NPA and the Hawks for further clarity on this matter but they have both passed the buck to each other. The hawks have referred us to the NPA while the NPA has also done the same. We spoke to Forensic Investigator and Founder of Forensics for Justice Paul O'Sullivan for his reaction.
