AJP 116 | Meredith Miller — The world is in a narcissistic abuse cycle

from Antijantepodden

Holistic coach, author and speaker Meredith Miller has studied narcissism for years. She defines narcissistic personality disorder as a disorder of the conscience. People with strong narcissistic traits control people around them and is incapable of feeling empathy or remorse. It can really confuse and even crush people with a well-functioning conscience. She observes how narcissistic traits are becoming more and more common, and describes it as a pandemic of narcissism. In this episode, she explains the cycle of narcissistic abuse and why most people support the narcissist – rather than standing up for the victim. Miller shows how the Covid-situation is an example of narcissistic abuse. People were isolated from each other, those who saw through the lies were gaslit and the goal post was moved again and again, so people had to take jab after jab to hope to go back to normal. She describes it as reactive abuse, where people's feelings were stirred up through extreme fear mongering. The war in Ukraine, Israel/Gaza and the climate change narrative are other examples of reactive abuse, moving people out of balance emotionally.Meredith Miller:  • Inner Integration (home page)  • Videos on Rumble  • Books on Amazon  • Old videos on YouTube  • Grand Jury Day 4Terms used (in chronological order):  • narcissism (search)    ◦ narcissism covert vs overt (search)    ◦ abuse cycle (cycle of violence) (search)      ‧ love bombing (idealisation, acts of percieved kindnes) (search)      ‧ devaluation (search)        ᐧ (chaos and calm, sweat and mean)    ◦ flying monkey (search)  • sociopath vs psychopath (search)  • narcissistic rage (search)  • reactive abuse (search)  • codependency (search)  • the stockholm syndrom (search)  • moving the goalposts (search)    ◦ charlie brown lucy football (search)      ‧ A Boy Named Charlie Brown (1969) - Kick the Football  • fight flight freeze or fawn (search)Books mentioned:  • the game neil strauss (search)  • the sociopath next door martha stout (search)People mentioned:  • HG Tudor - Knowing The Narcissist : Ultra  • ross rosenberg (search)    ◦ self love deficiency (search)Relevant videos:  • The COVID PSYOP #NeverForget  • corbettreport.com: Gaslight  • corbettreport.com: Burn Back Better with Shelby HosanaRelated AJP episode:  • AJP 92 | James Corbett - We need to model disobedienceDownload this episodeRecorded: 2023-10-18Published: 2023-12-02Support Antijantepodden?Do you appreciate the work we do, and want to support future episodes?Find out how you can give something back to us at antijantepodden.com!Subscribe to our newsletter
