After Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez recognized Palestinian statehood, imposed an arms embargo, and banned Israel-bound military cargo from Spanish ports, Benjamin Netanyahu issued a video statement in Hebrew accusing Spain of "waging a diplomatic war" and warning that Madrid "will pay an immediate price".
