Al Stewart

Singer-songwriter and folk-rock musician Al Stewart checks in with Lisa ahead of his appearance at the Birchmere in Alexandria on March 16. They discuss his biggest hit, 'Year of the Cat,' his songwriting process, and his many stories of being a part of the music scene in London in the '60s. Stewart hung out with The Beatles at the height of Beatlemania, was roommates with Paul Simon, and knew Yoko Ono before she ever met John Lennon. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
