His career gets cut short and he discovers he suffers from CTE (Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy). Through choices of his own he gets divorced and loses contact with his kids. Years later through the help of Shane Manney at 5 Stone's Fight Club & finding the Lord Alan was able to win his wife back and rekindle the relationship with his children.
