in this episode I sit down with Albert Preciado at his office in Hollywood, CA.  Albert has blown up his business and influence over the past three years.  He has grown his mortgage company and real estate company (multiple locations in Southern California) and puts on an annual event called 'Driven' where some of the biggest names in business speak on stage..  His events sell out each year, and his business seems to continue it's upward trajectory.
