Alberta Bill 32 for Union and Non-Union Employees

My take on Bill 32. The box A is a problem for unions, averaging agreements are the problem for everyone else. Where do you start with a Bill like this? Just waiting on the regulations that make this document complete.  To be clear this podcast is not funded by my Local. It is about my Local and the factors that influence our Local may it be Provincial, Municipal, or National levels of the union movement.
