Sarah Moya is an American Female BJJ and MMA Pioneer beginning her Jiu-Jitsu Journey in 1999. She was an IBJJF Pan American Champion, and was the first female MMA fight in her native state of New Mexico. It was such an honor to sit down with her and talk about life, her fighting in Japan and some of our adventures together!
