Alchemy (feat. EllE)

When EllE contacted me about doing a collaboration, I jumped at the chance to step out of my comfort zone, try something different and work with such a talent. She has been a joy to work with and I love what we have created here. For those of you asking, the lyrics can be found below. You can contact EllE at https://soundcloud.com/cycleofhands When an unstoppable force Meets an unyielding object All bets are off On your mark ready set Go if you know To remember to forget Everything you were ever told About lead turning gold Lyrical alchemy Empirically Clear to see Feel and hear Verifiably No need To bring A theory When you feel me Whenever you and near me And my energy coming through the Air clearly If you want to learn you can mirror me Don’t let fear hang and linger like an earring If you tear it off clean it will sting But it is critical for healing Steering a ship into shores in sight nearing Harbors full of people cheering And waving, anticipating What you found beyond The sky line sailing a sky high chance of failing Dancing through waves raging Laughing at the siren song wailing Surrounded by a stream of information Losing myself in the vibration Wave forms making me lose inhibition It’s my mission to mix matter with the vision of alchemical solutions That can shatter these collective delusions Diluting our roots in defective excess That dulls our soul until there's nothing left As a matter of fact The fact is this Success is not guarenteed It is hit or miss. No second tries 3rd 4th 5th or 6th If you lose your balance Salutations to the pit Get your ass into gear hit the gas now steer Keep its straight and steady hardly any room to veer Congratulations you’re the captain now Celebrations when we get the hell out of here Don’t think about what you had to leave behind Break apart the tape to escape the need to rewind In time you will understand why But for now keep your mind tight and your eyes wide Hide the weakness creeping down your spine Try to breath deeply keeping peace in mind Find your feet proceeding in a straight line Ride the beat let the tempo speak Metronome is key let it sync Find the wavelength and the strength to survive Because everybody needs you to be alive You’re tied to our hearts and you’re part of our light These days we can’t afford to lose any more pieces of our core We may be cornered but we can still fight may the lord bless our plight and grant a faint shimmer in the night Even a spark would do, just anything we could use To raise our flame brighter and hotter and higher Until we light the way with a blazing fire Surrounded by a stream of information Losing myself in the vibration Wave forms making me lose inhibition It’s my mission to mix matter with the vision of alchemical solutions That can shatter these collective delusions Diluting our roots in defective excess That dulls our soul until there's nothing left
