Alcoholic and other dirty words

I was never in controlIt's taken a while to admit it, but I was never in control of my relationship with alcohol. In this very raw episode I talk about the origins of my struggles with alcohol which led to denying I was the A-word before eventually embracing it, and a lot of control issues in between. I talk about going religion to atheist (ish) to spiritual and what it means to gain a higher perspective on it all, the G- word included. If you are questioning your relationship to a substance, to god, to control....whatever it is, I hope being candid about my own journey might help.
