Alec Jaffe is the founder of Alec's Ice Cream. Alec Grew up making and enjoying ice cream while also loving sustainable agriculture. He launched Alec's ice cream in 2020 as a fusion of those two passions. He was also a former college athlete and nutrition is important to him.
