Aleksandar Đurić: To the Legend in Singapore

PART 2 of 2 Aleksandar "The Great" Duric arrived in Singapore in 1999 not knowing what his future would hold. He pushed through and became the star of Singaporean football, becoming the all-time top scorer in the S-League. He was also the first foreign talent to captain the Singapore National team. He retired at the end of 2014 to pursue coaching and charity work. Today, Aleksander is a principal of Sport Singapore and ActiveSG Football Academy, where he passes on valuable experience to his adopted country and looks after aspiring children and talent.
