To Ponder: Why do you think there is often such a gap between what we know about God’s Word in our heads and how we put that into practice? To Practice: Verse 1 and verse 5 talk about our “ways”. Pay attention to your ways today (the way you talk, the way you listen, the way you treat people around you, the way you work, etc.). What do you notice? What words other than blameless or steadfast might you use to describe your ways? To Pray: Oh God! These promises are so good! And so I pray that I would take these promises to heart and put them into practice. Please make my ways steadfast by helping me to walk according to your Word. Amen.
