For example... population loss, in his view, isn't necessary a bad thing, and shifting focus from attracting to retaining is lower hanging fruit that would provide much greater community, business, and regional value. It felt like we solved a load of World (STL) problems, and possibly didn't. But!!! It was a great conversation that pushed the envelope on what could be, what is, what should be talked about, and what should be ignored here in our resources rich flyover country!!!
