Owners of Shadowbox Studio, Alex Maness and Jim Haverkamp, plan to open 'Skin and Bones Theater' on Parrish Street in Summer 2026. 'Skin and Bones' will be a place where you can view independent films and documentaries and where filmmakers can showcase their work. Alex Maness and Jim Haverkamp, the owners of Shadowbox Studio, joined Jeff Hamlin to discuss Durham’s newest movie theater.
