Alex Perrti

A downbeat, reflective piece dedicated to Alex Perrti — a VA nurse who spent his life caring for veterans like me. His words about service, sacrifice, and the cost of freedom are sampled in this track, not as decoration, but as a reminder of what he stood for. It is a simple point. Freedom. Is not free. This song isn’t about politics. It’s about a man who showed up for people who carried invisible weight. People like me. Veterans ..... LIKE ME! It’s about the quiet heroes who patch us back together when the world stops paying attention. It’s about the anger and heartbreak that come when someone who gave so much is taken far too soon. This song is a space to breathe and to remember Alex Perrti. The sample is provided by Alex himself. Speaking about honor and gratitude. This entire song is built around that moment of truth, and authenticity. Character is who you are when no one is looking. And this man ... was of good character. This is for him. This is for every veteran he helped. -- SVR
