Alexandra & Friends September 7th - guest Pia Namdar

Pia Lara Namdar is a compensation professional in Dallas, she focuses on executive compensation matters, including executive salaries, retention packages and matters related to boards of directors. Born and raised in Mexico, Pia moved to Dallas with her family as a junior in high school, graduated from Highland Park HS, and went on to attend SMU for her undergraduate degrees and MBA. She was captain of the NCAA D1 SMU Swim Team her senior year. Pia understands the challenges for immigrants and children of immigrants in starting and advancing their professional careers, so she started Adelante Texas to help empower Latinas and tell our stories.
