Alexandra Rose's Second Chance

from Second Chances Hosted by Comedians Greg Baldwin & Jimmy Shin

Alexandra Rose shares her journey of how she went from being a junkie to being an entertainment lawyer. After battling a heroin addiction, she got sober at the age of 19 and has been unstoppable ever since. She dropped out of high school at 16, got her GED, moved away from Massachusetts, got sober in Orange County, attended UCLA, graduated law school, and passed the bar exam just recently on her first attempt. Alexandra is also an open lesbian and talks about her scary and surprising coming-out story. Today, with 11 years of sobriety, she works for one of the top music law firms in the country. Alex considers her life's purpose is to inspire people to achieve their goals and to never give up. How that new purpose manifests is anyone's guess, but we know it will be as inspirational as she is.

Explicit Totes Recall Molly Chase, Beth Gibbs, Dan Jaquette and Dan Linden Human memory is flawed and we're here to prove it. On Totes Recall, our hosts Molly Chase, Beth Gibbs, Dan Jaquette and Dan Linden discuss the intricate details of a popular film. The catch? It's been years since they've watched it. Listen as they attempt to recap the plot, pull the names of secondary characters, and make bets whether a vat of acid appears at any point in the film. At halftime, they press the pause button, watch the film and return with answers. Did they nail it? Or, more likely, did they forget the entire second half of the movie? Listen and play along. Make new memories while realizing all of your old ones are full of lies. Explicit CrossBread — A Comedy Musical ABC Australia Twin brother and sister Josh and Joan Burns formed CrossBread, the hugely successful Christian Rap duo from Boronia in Melbourne's outer suburbs back in 2015. The band briefly lit up GodTube in Australia and became Christian hip-hop superstars, with hits such as "It’s Just Jesus" and "A Christian on a Mission (ain’t a Christian to be dissin’)". Over six episodes, their former social media manager, Ken Lim, will dig into the archives to trace their origins working in a donut shop, why it all fell apart so quickly, and their biggest regrets — like why a brother and sister would name their band "CrossBread". The Bible might be the greatest story ever told. But this could easily be the second or third best. Explicit Dragon Friends Dragon Friends Podcasting We start on a land that is still.
