O ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) Alexandre de Moraes rejeitou neste domingo um pedido feito pelos advogados do Grupo Prerrogativas e manteve a posse na próxima quarta-feira de deputados bolsonaristas acusados pelo grupo de envolvimento com os atos golpistas de 8 de janeiro. Ele atendeu à recomendação da Procuradoria-Geral da República defendendo o arquivamento da ação contra os 11 parlamentares – nove do PL, um do PP e um do PRTB.
