Alexandria Assassin

Former Mayoral Candidate of Alexandria Virginia felt that he needed to get revenge on Alexandria's Elite. Alexandria, Virginia is the type of place where people left their doors unlocked because crime simply didn't happen there, but all that would change when a woman was found murdered in her home. The perpetrator then murdered 2 more people over the span of a decade before he got careless and left a witness that more or less led to his capture.
