Alexi Grousis - Toadally Mindblown

Episode Description: On this Melanin March episode of the We Out Here Podcast, Allison takes the reins as co-host Alexi Grousis recounts a recent story of feeling a deep sense of being in the sky islands. In their own words: For all the folks new to the program my name is Alexi Grousis, a zoo-based herpetologist, an original co-organizers of the first Black Birders Week, a founding member of the Black AF in Stem Collective, and co-creator of The 'We Out Here' Podcast. Over the years I've grown not only in my interest in nature to my understanding of its ubiquity. These days I see no division whether that be among ourselves or between us and the "natural world" This episode supports: The belief in a better world Help us keep making the show: Patreon.com/WeOutHerePod Twitter and IG @TheWeOutHerePod Start learning about whose land you're on and begin taking action https://native-land.ca/
