Alexis Arias

Alexis Arias comes to the Table to discuss her experience being shot and wounded during the Route 91 Music Festival on that October evening. She opens up about what happened, the initial shock, being shot and injured and trying to flee to safety with her group while not being able to walk or run on her own. She also goes into the struggles, depression, PTSD, and the long road to recovery that her and so many are facing from that night. Despite being through such a traumatic event, she still keeps a positive mindset and is very thankful that her wounds and trauma were not as damaging as some of the other people went through that night.
