Repeating something we do or think over and over, creating a pattern, which leads to learning and remembering. Like one of my favorite quotes by Frances Hodgson Burnett, "You learn things by saying them over and over and thinking about them until they stay in your mind forever." To become wise, the path followed involves repetition, observation, risking, and learning.
