Fazal made his acting debut in 2008 with a small role in the film "3 Idiots," but his breakthrough came with the film "Fukrey" (2013). His international recognition grew with his portrayal of Abdul Karim in "Victoria & Abdul" (2017).  He has also appeared in multiple hit web series like the Amazon Prime Video series "Mirzapur" (2018) which gained him immense popularity.
